STEP 1: HOME LOAN APPLICATION
After you have purchased your new home, either you or your estate agent will provide us with an OTP (Offer to Purchase).

STEP 2: INTERVIEW
One of our experienced consultants will conduct an interview with you to obtain all necessary information that the banks may require and to help you complete the application form.

STEP 3: SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
You will be asked to supply all the required supporting documents as requested by our consultant.

STEP 4: SUBMISSION
We will electronically submit your application to the relevant bank/s.

STEP 5: APPROVAL IN PRINCIPAL
It normally takes 5-7 days to get a Approval in principle (AIP). This means the bank is happy with you as a client. We are in constant communication with the banks during this time.

STEP 6: VALUATION
After the AIP the bank will do a valuation of the property to ensure there is sufficient value for the purchase price. The bank will be in contact with the agent/seller to arrange access to the property if necessary.

STEP 7: FINAL QUOTATION
If all is in order with the valuation then the bank will issue a Final Quotation. Your interest rate will be available at this stage as well as any other special condition required by the banks. At this stage we negotiate with the banks to get you the best deal. We aim to to get you the best deal from your own bank.

STEP 8: ACCEPTANCE
After the final negotiations with the bank you will be able to decide with which bank you wish to proceed. We will advise the bank that you accept there quotation.

STEP 9: DONE
Congratulations, your application is now complete. You will be contacted by the attorneys to get the final documents signed and they will get the bond and property registered in your name.
